Katka received an award for the “Best new act” at the New Faces of the Slovak Jazz Music Awards in 2012. At the end of 2013 Katka became the winner of the nationwide singing and songwriting contest called “Golden Voice”, announced by Slovak radio channel Sweet melodies. Among her latest and greatest triumphs is undoubtedly getting into the TOP 6 of the best Czech and Slovak singers at the prestigious X-FACTOR show, where she, under the direction of a renowned Czech composer and singer Ondrej Brzobohaty, accomplished a great deal of work.
